Tom Truver

Actively involved in the Atascocita Fire Department for the past 20 years.Joined as a volunteer Fire Fighter, served on the AVFD Board of Directors for a number of years. Served as president of AVFD BOD. Helped transition the department to a professional respected organization.Joined ESD team in 2006. Was appointed to a vacated term of Pastor Jerry Martin. Successfully ran election campaign ( first ever required) was elected in to position and currently serving 3rd term.Service to the Community, Leadership, and infrastructure to the organization are just a couple personal goals and contributions given to the organization.Tom has over 30 years of retail experience in the area. The past 18 years with The Kroger Company.  Working in many different capacities from operations to Human Resources. Tom calls on these work experiences to help guide his direction and contribution   to the District.Tom and his wife Josie have lived in Atascocita since 1986.  They have three sons Thomas, Michael and Patrick.
