Harris County ESD #46, Atascocita Fire Department Chief Of Department MIke Mulligan and Assistant Chief - Fire, Sean Richardson are proud to announce that Battalion Chief Terry Wygal, CFE, has earned the professional designation of Certified Fire Executive (CFE). The Board members of HCESD #46 and the command staff of the Atascocita Fire Department are staunch believers of serving the Atascocita community through advanced skills training and professional development of each of it's members.
