Auditorium (30 people) - Cival Air Patrol Annual drug Free Leadership Seminar

[email protected] I'm with the Civil Air Patrol in Kingwood, and we're trying to out together our annual drug-free leadership seminar for local middle school students. The church where we have held it in the past has increased the price, and this being a free event, sponsored by the US Air Force and DOD, we don't have the funds to pay for their price. We were wondering if there would be any way to utilize any AVFD facilities for this? It would be 20 students and 5-10 staff members (many of which would be high schoolers who have been studying leadership and emergency services), from 0800 to 1300 on February 11th. Please let me know if there is anything that we could work out.
